Women speak about 20,000 words a day—a whopping 13,000 more than the average man.

Scientists think they have found the key to explaining why women are more talkative. A study just published suggests that a higher level of the protein named Foxp2 found in the female brain could be the cause.

Women are better multitaskers than men.

"Anecdotal evidence has long supported the hypothesis that the fair sex is also the 'do-a-bunch-of-things-at-the-same-time' sex. And now a study out of the U.K. helps to support the idea women are better at multitasking than men."
