We meet with Elissa Konove, Patricia Torres Bruno, Gail Davis, and Scott Johnson.

Elissa Konove is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Metrolink. She assists the CEO with direction and leadership to Metrolink. She provides leadership and support on budget, finance, and other Metrolink policies. She also works with external audiences and stakeholders and is the primary liaison to the Technical Advisory Committee.

Gail Davis is the Director of Dispat-ching Operations. She oversees all aspects of Train Dispatching Operations including operation of 165 daily intercity Metrolink trains, 44 Amtrak trains, and all movement of Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Union Pacific freight traffic over Metrolink owned/operated rail. She is also in charge of planning and directing the operation of special and charter trains, and directs the activities of 29 dispatching personnel.

Patricia Torres Bruno is the Chief Administrative Officer. She is responsible for managing several of Metrolink’s critical functions, including Government and Regulatory Affairs, Human Resources, Administrative Services and the Board Secretary/Assistant to the CEO.

Scott Johnson is the Assistant Public Affairs Officer. He serves as the spokesperson for the agency, playing an integral role in emergency communication procedures, responding to public and media inquiries. He also writes press releases, plans special events involving media and other methods to disseminate information to the public.
