Ceres Magazine Issue 4 - Fall 2016 | Page 79

Thanks

Life can be challenging as it constantly redefines itself. Change can be either for the better or for the worse, and it takes so little to go one way or the other. Ceres Magazine finds strength in change and welcomes it for every move is always a new beginning. For a bad, there is always a good.

We have a new team in the making. Let's welcome the newcomers! Lauren C. Martinez and Cael Marcus Edwards who will join Ceres as content writers, and have already contributed to this issue, and Jim Kearney who will also jump on the Ceres bandwagon at a later time. Thank you guys, you have been of great support. I can't wait to make this journey with you.

Thanks to the men and women who have commented on the topics of this issue. You’ve done a great job!

A mega thank you to Teresa (Terre) Richards for a wonderful day spent on memory lane, listening to her fabulous stories and adventures, and for allowing me to interview her. I’m so glad to count her among my friends.

Thank you also to Sarah Murray, who took time off of her busy schedule to share with us her views on this issues’ topics.

Thank you to Allison Tate, another feminist who has a lot to say. Allison, let’s work on doing an interview, soon! For now, just take a look at her page: http://www.allisonfilms.com!

Thank you to Nick McBee for his artwork. I wish him the best in his future endeavor getting a career in Design, and hope that he can still contribute to Ceres Magazine even when he is back to Washington DC. He has a background in Digital and Tactile Painting, so give him a shout if you need someone: nmcbee87@gmail.com.

And, of course, thank you to the Ceres team: Heather Barlow, reaching out from across the ocean, as our Business Columnist, and Suzanne Dobrijevich who is our wonderful Beauty Editor. You are both amazing ladies. So honored to have you. This magazine could not happen without your love of empowering women through your craft and knowledge.

Finally, last but not least, a huge thank you to Scott Holmes, who has been my biggest supporter, my "pat-on-the-back," and a wonderful, diligent editor. He is an ally and a strong asset to the magazine, reminding me, once in a while, why I started Ceres Magazine: To empower women!

A couple of Ceres Magazine’s contributors are still taking a break, but will be back in future issues. So, I’ll just say hi to them.

Again, thanks to all of you for your support and kindness. With love.
