250 cal, 4 g. of sugar, 11 g. of fat.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup (250 ml) almond milk, unsweetened
1 pear, cored
2 leaves kale
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp honey (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Wash and prepare ingredients.
Add ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 45-60 seconds or well-blended.
Serve and enjoy!

Half a cucumber, one pear, one celery stalk, and three kale leaves.
78 cal, 19.6 g. of sugar, 8.2/10 alkalinity. Anti-inflammatory, energizing and good for digestion.

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 pineapple
1/4 watermelon with rind
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
2 inches (5 cm) slice of ginger
DIRECTIONS:
Wash produce. Peel pineapple, cutting flesh into thick slices, discard rind. Juice all ingredients.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Pineapple: papaya, mango
Watermelon: cantaloupe, rock melon, honeydew melon
Carrots: butternut squash, sweet potato
Celery: cucumber, zucchini
Ginger: turmeric, lemon, lime.
