Ceres: You’re mentioned your involvement with politics, can you tell me a bit more?

Terre: Yes, I worked on Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer’s campaigns. Not a lot of people know that the first two women ever elected to the United

States Senate were Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer. Both of them were from the San Francisco Bay Area, and Dianne Feinstein was also the mayor of San Francisco before she became a US senator. Here is an interesting fact; today, there are only 20 women in the Senate when we represent 51% of the population. In my opinion, it's criminal that we have so few women in the Senate.
